Friday - May 25th
5PM
Early Arrival meet and greet at Vanelli's restaurant

Saturday - May 26th

8AM - 12PM
Cars arrive for show and shine and event registration.

8AM - 4PM
Show and shine / visit museum (Tupelo Auto Museum).
Show and shine at the museum parking lot. Come prepared to polish your ride and meet people from across the Mid South. Clubs bring your pop-up tents and banners to show your club pride! Music will be provided.

Lunch - Eat at our onsite concessionaire. Tables will be set up inside for attendees to eat among the cars! There are lots of places in downtown Tupelo to grab a lunch to go and bring back to the museum.

NOTE: Entry fees for the museum are not part of event registration. Entry fees are $7.50 for non MCA members and $5.00 for MCA members (day of the event only).

8:30AM - 3PM
Autocross at Bancorp Colleseum (EXPANDED EVENT)

This event is open to all vehicles (not just Mustangs) and is intended to be instructional and to provide a controlled environment for people of all driving abilities to test their driving skills and get instruction from certified drivers. Coordinated in conjunction with SCCA instructors, the autocross course will be set up in the coliseum parking lot right behind the Tupelo Auto Museum so you can easily move from the show and shine area to the autocross course and back.

Driver’s safety meeting and course walk through starting at 8:30AM and the course will open at 9:00AM and will run until at least last car out. This will be a timed track with only one car on the track at a time and one time around the track per run. This will be an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in testing out your driving skills to participate in a pressure free environment! Registration is anticipated to be $10 per driver. UPDATE - Helmuts not required so everyone can have fun!

4PM - 8PM
Evening Activities at the Tupelo Auto Museum

Estimated price is $30 per person attending. Preregistration is required for attendance to the dinner. We will open registration up as soon as we finalize our arrangements

This is a catered event. In order to keep prices down we are opting for self serve buffet with paper plates, etc.

4PM - 5PM - Doors open for evening activities including cash bar and live band! Dinner guests enter free! $5 entry fee for everyone else.

5PM - 7PM - Dinner among the cars with guest speaker

9PM - 11PM
Pub Crawl - Poker Walk (NEW EVENT)

Purchase hands for the event and walk the downtown area to several bars/locations to pick up your cards. Cash prizes for best and worst hand. Proceeds will go to charity as well!

Cruise to Holly Springs MS (NEW EVENT)

10AM - Noon
Visit George Poteets private car collection! (NEW EVENT)

Drag racing at Holly Springs Drag Strip (1/8th mile) (NEW EVENT)

You could probably count me in! I looovvveee a convoy!

It's not a bad drive. It's about 2 hours but it's a straight shot.

Not bad at all, I work in Tupelo from time to time I pull up and help the Memphis mechanic in Tupelo and Corinth when he needs it. My aunt lives in Winfield (about 30mins from Tupelo)

There is plenty of open dead straight away too

Straight aways? Hum? Bottle will need to be filled! Lol
