The show is finally here! Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays setup will require a lot of help.

1. We have 150 banners to hang up.
2. We have a tractor trailer full of registration boxes to unload.
3. The registration area has to be set up.
4. The vendor section has to be marked off.
5. We have 2000 participant spaces to mark off.

This is too much work for the 3 or 4 people at Thursday's meeting that said they would be there Monday morning. We need 10 or more people there Monday morning, rain or shine. If you can't come on Monday morning, please come as soon as you can. Now is the time for us to come together as a club like we have in the past and GIT R DONE! I would suggest you bring a rain coat, a cooler with drinks, dry set of clothes. MCA officials were very impressed with us at the last show in 2006. Let's show them again why we are one of the best regional clubs in the country.

After getting the truck loaded and getting a system created we hung about half the banners. We need some more help today if you are off. Doug McGraw really needs some help, he was still out there late last night.
