How to Upload Photos Options

One of the best features of our new web site is the ability for everyone to upload photos. You have several options on how to add your photos to the site:

1. Attach Them to a Post
   There is an Attachments section just under the area where you type what you want to post. Click Browse, find the file you want to attach, and click UPLOAD. You can attach several photos to a single post. These will be visible with your post, but they will not be added to the photo gallery. See example in post 2.
2. Embed Them in a Post
   If your photo is already on a web site, just put its address inside the IMG tags like this:

   [IMG]http://www.yourwebsite.com/photo.jpg[/IMG]
   
   The photo will appear within your post, but it will not be added to the Photo Gallery. You can embed several photos in your post. See example in post 3.
3. Create a Photo Album for Your Mustang(s) - MCM Members Only
   Members of Magic City Mustangs can create a Photo Album in the Club Members' Mustangs section of our Photo Gallery. There are a few ways to do this. You can click here, you can click My Albums at the top of the page, or your could click Photo Gallery at the top of the page then click the link at the bottom of the Club Members' Mustangs box.
   
   Give your album a short name (John Doe's 1967 GT390, for example) and a description, select Club Members' Mustangs as the Category and click the checkbox to make your album public, then click Create Album. Use the drop-down menu to select Upload Image to upload one image at a time or choose Bulk Upload to upload up to 20 at once.
   
   If you upload one at a time, give it a title and description then click Browse. Locate the file on your computer and click Open, then choose Post Image.
   
   If you upload several images at a time, you will not be able to add a title when you upload the image. You may go back to your album and edit the file to change the title.
4. Upload Photos from a Mustang Show
   You can add your photos to the albums that have already been created for major Mustang shows. Click Photo Gallery at the top of the page and click Mustang Show Photos. Click on the name of the show. Please email the admins if the show is not listed. Click to add one photo or choose to upload up to 20 at once.
5. Upload Random Mustang Photos
   Got pix of other Mustangs? Click Photo Gallery at the top of the page and click Other Mustang Pix. Click to add one photo or choose to upload up to 20 at once.
